We invite you to be part of the Ms. Texas Senior America Pageant 2022. This is not a beauty pageant, but an event that represents the "Age of Elegance." Our pageant champions healthy aging, wellness, and mental well-being, and our contestants exemplify the "positive image of aging." We are re-defining the senior woman by motivating and encouraging them to utilize their full potential. We honor all senior women with our pageant, giving the contestants a platform to demonstrate their dignity, maturity, inner beauty and talents.

Joyce Brown is from Flower Mound, TX, and is married to Lennel Brown. They have two children and two grandchildren. Joyce retired in March 2019 after a successful 38 year career in Engineering and Management. Although Joyce didn't have a role model growing up, she became a role model for young women. She completed a marathon at 49 and became a Certified Health Coach at 59. At 59, she began eating healthy and attending boot camp. She lost 30 pounds in 4 months and is in the best shape of her life! This experience defined her health and fitness platforms.
